Hello Albuquerque, New Mexico. My name is Trip, and this is the first Post on our new website for The Piccolo Club.
The Land of Entrapment!
For nearly 20 years that is what I cheekily referred to New Mexico as. I wanted so desperately to go back to the East Coast. That was my home, where I cut my teeth (which are now all falling out, by the way).
Then, I went back home, for nearly 2 years. And that is when I actually fell in love with New Mexico. And when I returned, I felt like I was returning home.
Life is ironic that way. One year ago, I had no idea that life would take me down this path. Nothing like The Piccolo Club was on my radar. Well, that’s not really true, because the vision for this club was being birthed for probably the past 10 years. But in a practical sense, I was just trying to go hide. I was trying to justify quitting on a dream, by crawling into some shadow. But, like I said, Life is ironic. As I tried to hide, a once in a lifetime opportunity to try to be what I believed I was, to exceed the mundane and mediocre, presented itself. I had to make a choice. Everyone that is part of this team at The Piccolo Club made a choice. A choice to put into practice what we believe.
The Piccolo Club is, itself, a testimony to the All-In mentality. We believe that our Attitude determines the Altitude that we can live at, and that Gratitude is a core attitude. We have a small team, but are dedicated to putting everything we have into this Club. And that is what we have done. We are … All-In. For this community – to serve this community. Serving, in it’s truest nature, requires some sacrifice. We can assure you that here at The Piccolo Club, sacrifice is the practical foundation of everything we’ve done, and will do.
So, when you join The Piccolo Club, you are becoming part of our family. You can be confident that we are All-In for you, and will demonstrate that through a unique, member-focused approach to what we do.
